This Company ERC Communities always seems to disappoint. At this point, we have to really question Gerald Ellenburg's ability to run a company. There are countless Youtube of him touting the company and investment opportunities. Years later it is a zero! ERC Communitoes, Inc. is nothing but some dirt in Florida. At this point, I hope the land is even real. The SCAM has stopped paying investors their dividends and it looks like there is no hope for this Company.

What's up with this Company? No progress. Late on dividends again! Should we be concerned about our investments? They are still selling shares and bridge opportunities. I don't think they disclosed in their PPM they are late paying dividends. Are they paying interest on their bridge loans? If anyone has info please share.
